feel-good friday: round one.

psssst, have you heard? it’s the weekend!!!!

the first Tuesday Tunes posted this week, & if you’ll let me, I would like to install one more “day of the week” series that I’ll call Feel-good Friday. The way I see it, a little extra “fun” to start off your weekend couldn’t hurt!

Throughout the week I’ve come across quite a few things that have made me laugh, put a smile on my face and left me inspired—it seems only fair I share them with you!

Ready. Set. Fun.

get your head…errr, face…in the game: while helping Chels come up with some ideas for a fun ‘save the date’ card I came across this gem. pure brilliance, I say!

Jackie Evanchoe: Power. House. I don’t watch America’s Got Talent but I was lucky enough to hear about this little lady…there really aren’t words for her because there really isn’t anyone like her.

Sharpie & Post-it: the perfect match. I don’t know about you, but I adore this Sharpie commercial.

AND in my humble opinion, Post-it notes are one of the greatest inventions ever! This super fun fridge DIY from design*sponge will happen in my future home

geeze louise, this makes me smile.

and Post-it notes always remind me of a pretty amazing moment turning the corner in Craig North—my Carly Jo knows how to make a girl feel special on her birthday.

such a sweet memory.

move your feet to the music: Lauren was crowned America’s favorite dancer last night on So You Think You Can Dance in what I thought was quite the shocker. A recap of my favorite dances from this season will come tomorrow…but for now, perhaps this season’s most energetic routine. Choreographed by Tyce Diorio, it’s Kent & Neil in “Shoeless Joe!”

are you smiling yet? perfect. now go have yourself a wonderful weekend!

abundant joy, M.

ps: if you come across a boat load of fun and want to pass it along, I would love to feature it on an upcoming Feel-good Friday post!
