Feel-good Friday…a day late.

It looks as if my crazy schedule finally caught up with me— forgive me for being a day late with this post?

I headed back to Durham yesterday for what is shaping up to be a great week/weekend ahead, but of course a little extra fun to kick it off promises to make it even better (:

stunning dresses: came across this image and instantly the world seemed incredibly serene…the combo of floaty fabrics & golden sunlight are “ahhh” inducing!

if you’ve ever taken an art class you may have learned about the intensity & tone of colors (achieved by increasing/decreasing black and white) — and if ever I were a “tone,” this would  be me (: Olive Manna has lovely, lovely things.

yes, they're just clothes pins, but i adore them (:

technology never ceases to amaze me. Eric Whitacre’s virtual choir composed of ordinary people with extraordinary voices is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in quite a while!

gracious me, i need a wall just like this—such a fun (& cheap!) way to organize one’s weekly calendar of events & “to dos” using old fashioned clipboards.

prepare yourself for the cuteness that is about to hit you in the face…

seriously, take a moment & prepare yourself.

I showed my momma these pictures yesterday & she was mesmerized for a good 10 min. An absolutely, positively BRILLIANT way to document the first year of a baby’s life—so creative, so innovative, SO cute. Below are two of my favorite shots, but please feel free to visit Modern Kiddo to see the full spread (:

mini space cadet.

it's a bird...it's a plane...it's superbaby?

AND lastly, go. see. this. movie. Aniston & Bateman are brilliant, but it’s the little guy who steals the show! Even my brother (& every other guy in the theater) walked out singing praises. Another plus: hands down the “cleanest” movie I’ve seen in years.

happy weekend to you!!!
